How long does the vacuum take to charge?
A full charge takes approximately 5 to 6 hours. Prior to first use, the battery should be charged completely.
How do I assemble my vacuum?
1. Slide the Wand onto the neck of the Floor Nozzle until it clicks.
2. Align the Handheld Vacuum with the top of the wand and slide it on until it clicks.
3. For the IP3000 Series, slide the Charging Post into the slot on the front of the Dock Base until it clicks (note that once installed, it cannot be removed).
What does "Detect Mode" actually do?
In Detect Mode, the vacuum uses four sensors to automatically adjust power and optimize runtime:
Dirt Detect: Identifies dirty areas and boosts suction. The LED ring turns Deep Purple for heavy debris and White for no heavy debris.
Floor Detect: Automatically adjusts the brush-roll and power based on the surface.
Edge Detect: Increases suction when the nozzle senses an edge or corner.
Light Detect: Automatically turns on headlights in dark areas.
How do I switch between modes?
Press the mode selection trigger on the handle to toggle between ECO (maximum runtime), DETECT (automatic performance), and BOOST (maximum suction).
Is the Odour Neutraliser required for the vacuum to work?
Yes. The odour dial must be installed in the auto-empty dock for the vacuum to function properly, even if you choose not to use a fragrance cartridge.
How often should I replace the odour cartridge?
Cartridges should be replaced every 6 months for the best performance.
How do I adjust the fragrance strength?
Flip up the dial handle and rotate it toward "High" to increase intensity or "Low" to decrease it.
How often should I clean the filters?
HEPA Filter: Rinse with water at least once a month.
Dock Filters: These should be cleaned regularly to maintain evacuation power.
Important: Use water only and do not use soap. Allow filters to air-dry for up to 48 hours before reinstalling.
Can I wash the brush-roll?
Yes, the soft roller can be hand-washed with water only. Ensure it is completely dry (approximately 24–48 hours) before sliding it back into the nozzle until it clicks.
How do I clean the sensors?
Turn off the power and gently wipe the four detect sensors (located on the handheld nozzle and the floor nozzle) with a microfiber cloth to remove hair and debris.
Why is my vacuum turning off by itself? This can be caused by a full dust cup, blocked filters, a low battery, or the unit overheating. If it overheats, allow the unit and battery to cool for at least 45 minutes before restarting.
What if the brush-roll isn't spinning? Check for blockages in the floor nozzle. Ensure the handheld vacuum is tilted back far enough to engage the brush-roll, and check that all connections between the handheld vacuum, wand, and nozzle are secure.
