My charger for the shark cordless pro IR300 is broken and won't charge the battery properly

I have a shark cordless Pro with clean sense model IR300, the charger cord won't charge properly the connection on the charger is broken, where can I ger a new charger I have tried looking on the shark site and does not come up.
