Troubleshooting - Stratos Cordless Pet Pro Noise

I purchased the Stratos cordless pet pro - IZ400ANZ series in January. I am having an issue with the noise/sound from the vacuum. It is extremely loud ( a high pitched squeal) occurs every time I try to use it. I have maintained and cleaned the machine thoroughly, and the problem still persists. Can you please advise my options given it is still under warrantly. I have tried to call customer support several times but have been unable to get through.
