I ordered a shark steam mop back on the 5 June and havent received it yet.

So i have emailed a number of times!! Never heard back!!

I have used the online portal and sent messages!! Never heard Back!!!

I have gone onto the live chat which is live from 7am to 7pm and everytime i have gone on its NEVER live!!!

I have rang 8 times been on hold for 15 to 20 min and then it just hangs up!!!.  

OMG what am i suppose to do just to speak to someone
